Description

“chianti Classico DOCG Sottolaia is produced using the best bunches of Sangiovese grape of a vineyard located beneath an ancient farmyard (hence the name). Thank to the particular exposition of the wineyard, this wine has an ample bouquet fruity and dry taste, tipical of the territory of Siena. Sottolaia is aged for three years in small barrels (10 hl.).
It’s the ideal wine for red meat, and medium aging cheese.”
